Hycrest precision mold is a professional manufacturing facility for mold design, manufacturing, development & molding production in mainland China, Our production capacity is about 90 molds per month, 100% of our products are exported to North America and Europe. We are professional at making high precision molds, over-molds and inserts molds.

Our company is equipped with high speed CNCs, slow wire cuts, spotting machine, CMMs and metal hardness tester in-house. Most of the machines are from Switzerland, Japan and the US.

We utilizes various and specialized software (UG, Pro-E, CAD/CAM/CAE, and Solid work) for mould design and Mold Flow analysis for our customers before mould manufacturing.

Our standard components were purchased from DME, HASCO, Meusburger etc. We also purchase the equivalent components from Chinese makers in order to strategically reduce cost.
We also provide COC for all steel used.

We have 28 designers in-house who have rich experience in tooling industry, and 15 project English-speaking engineers who communicate with customers directly for real time quality and status. Official status report is updated weekly.
